debt collector on payday loans. Kaufman Hines & Associates I believe is the name. Senior Investigator Maxwell Perry is extremely unprofessional. I owed a payday loan but it was being handled by another division called Hoffman Swartz & Assoc. This Maxwell Perry called me a liar. I had the rep handling my case with Hoffman call this Inv. Perry. It was a duplicate. He never apologized for anything nasty he said. SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!

From the first call from this number I said I was not interested and please stop calling. Now they call at least four times a day. I have answered three times to say I'm not interested but they talk over me and keep saying I don't understand this offer is free. (Free Walmart Card) I have stopped picking up this call. But this is second week that they have been calling! Two or three times in morning and again in afternoon.

This company is helping consumers lower the supply rates on their utility bills.Supply companies in deregulated states are all in competition with each other.This is a good thing!(0ne phone call could save you $200.00 annually,depending on you usage)I live in Atlanta and whatever my utility charges me I have no choice. Whether the caller ID says "McDonald's" or "Save you money", Mr customer you should listen or call your utility to verify information. (I WOULD RECOMMEND DOMINION RETAIL.THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE LOWEST RATES AND SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL REDUCTIONS ON GAS & ELECTRIC BILLS)

Representative said I had a lawsuit against my SSN. I asked for proof of their allegations. Both times their "attorney" hung up on me.

I received multiple calls from the above number. The first two times they did not answer, the third time I was told I won an American Exotic Vacation. I was very annoyed to receive that call especially on my business cell phone. It was very hard understanding the first man because of his very heavy accent, he passed the call to someone else. When he asked if I had trouble understanding the previous agent I agreed. That's when he started getting angry accused me of not undersanding English, and used profanity. I have never heard of a company using profanity when asked a few questions. I hope you can get to the bottom of this and prosecute whoever is doing this. Thank you for your time. Regards, Bill

I just got a call from this number. It was a man saying my vactation package was booked and wanted to know when to deliver it. I said I had not booked a vactation and he became really nasty saying "Maybe you didn;t hear me the first time. Yes you do have one booked, will you home in the mornings or afternoons?" I asked to be put on their no call list. He resopinded with "Are you not listening to a word I've said. We have no such thing here! When will you be home?! MY GOD!" and then hung up. He left me really freaked out.
